The session will consist of various exercises for presence, contact, trust and playfulness. My vision is to bring the group's participants closer together. I will guide the group to release tension through movement. We will simply take a break from the mind by moving the body.

Presence
To find presence I will guide the group through meditation and movement. In order to be able to find contact with others, it is important to be in contact with oneself first.

Contact and trust
One of the main ingredients for a sustainable group is trust! We will work with exercises that let go of fears and open up for trust in contact with each other.
​
Playfulness
The idea that playing is only for children is a misunderstanding. A good laugh prolongs life! Playfulness and humor will bring the group together and make all exercises easy to digest.

The class helped us to gain confidence in ourselves and to release our emotions and anxieties. It was a very intimate experience where we were able to express our emotions in a unique, deep and fun way. We left feeling liberated and relaxed. It also helped us to get in touch with our authenticity in a totally different way. Anna made us feel very comfortable and she is a delightful guide. We are grateful for the space she gave us with such openness and affection.

We did a team building of 50 people in the middle of a busy week and it was a unique, liberating and creativity-boosting experience.
